Insurance and Payment Information

Current Insurance Acceptance

At Remote Psychology Diagnostics, we strive to make our services accessible. However, we do not accept Medicaid at this time. We are actively working to add more insurance options in the future.

While most insurance companies will reimburse some or all of the cost of testing, coverage varies by provider. We will provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Please note that we cannot guarantee coverage, as each plan is different.

Emotional Support Animal Certification and Insurance

Please be aware that Emotional Support Animal (ESA) certifications are not covered by any insurance providers. ESA letters are considered a specialized service and fall outside typical insurance benefits.

Payment Options and Reimbursements
